Currently at the age of sixty-one and looking markedly years younger than his chronological age, Dr. Alterwein is a highly motivating, innovative, positive personality type with markedly advanced skills, a number of which are original and unique to Dr. Alterwein himself, such as those related to 'Endurobics.' 'Endurobics' is the term Dr. Alterwein coined which encompasses a unique form of varied and continuous rhythmic motions, a form of exercise he originated and which he believes gives him a decided 'edge' over other forms of exercise (which he is also expertly versed in)...an 'edge' which stands out, especially when it comes to being able to transform one's body.

Dr. Alterwein is known to be a highly intelligent, knowledgeable, insightful, honest, sincere and caring individual with numerous and varied skills, yet of both a commanding and efficient nature as well as humble and unassuming.
